Three aggressive dogs bark all day. One dog incessantly barks - sometimes from 7 pm to 3 am. The neighborhood is very quiet except for these dogs. Owners do not walk, play or interact with them. They need to be issued a violation for noise, and disturbance to wellbeing of entire 4 block radius of the house. This town is incredibly irresponsible about dogs, please tell these irresponsible owners to put bark collars or contain their dogs.

1025 E. Chris Lane is a Jeff Jones rental home. The renters moved out of the property but there is trash and trash everywhere. Today while looking for a lost cat in the neighborhood, we discovered a rabbit hutch with a dead rabbit in it. It appears they just moved out and left the rabbit to die.
We contacted the animal control. Can the city please document with photos and send this to Taylor Brown in legal as well for the case against Jeff Jones. Jeff Jones has this property listed for rent on the Pendragon website and all the other rental properties he owns in the neighborhood. What is going on with this? We thought he could not continue to rent these properties if the permit was expired. This is Walnut Creek Neighborhood by the Southeast YMCA.

At about 11:10 this morning, a bunch of dogs in the back yard of 1432 Winfield started barking. They barked and barked and barked until 11:45 at which time a woman came out of the back door of 1432 and started yelling at the dogs and trying to get them inside. The dogs didn't want to go inside. She kept yelling more and they finally did go inside.
I keep reporting; the dogs keep barking. Every. Day.

Good morning,
I am the Assistant Property Manager for Country View Apartments. At the bottom of the hill where the bus stop is there is a bike that has been chained to a pole for several weeks now. None of our residents have claimed it and it needs to be removed off of our property.
Thank you!!

I have at least 3 broken wires dangling from a utility line to near ground level in my back yard. I've had ATT and Comcast out, both either blame the other or claim the line belongs to my neighbor and they can't do anything to it without the neighbor's permission. Again, they're broken wires. They don't go anywhere. The utilities are just ignoring them and making excuses. Does the city offer me any options here?
FWIW, last time I looked there were also wires hanging off of the next pole along the line at S Dunn St.

The city hired a company to work on the corner of Walnut Pk. & Heather last summer. At my request they finally did cover the hole they left. Nothing was seeded or planted. The dirt was clay and rocks. Now the mess has wash away from underneath the sidewalk. If someone would have a look I would appreciate it. I think it needs top soil and grass seed. I will be happy to add flowers. Thank you.
