A citizen called int to report that the back yard of 2303 S. Milton. The citizen stated that if you pull into the hair place at 2312 S. rogers you can see the trash.
Trash at this address. The person who called stated that she has called this in 3 or 4 times before.

Citizen called and reported that the residents at 708 S. Washington have there trash out a week early

A CITIZEN CALLED TO REPORT THAT THERE IS TRASH BEHIND THE EASTLAND PLAZA STRIP MALL. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE DUPSTERS FOR THESE PROPERTIES DO NOT HAVE FENCES AROUND THEM.
Trash is all over the yard.
Residents do not keep their trash in trash cans. Animals get into the bags and then it blows over onto Orchard Glen's yard and they have to pick it up.
