My trash didn’t get picked up. This is about the 4th time this year. It was on the side of the road right next to the recycling (which did get picked up). I have 4 kids at home I can’t go a whole week without my trash being picked up. Please help!!

Trash bags piled up and old furniture. Animals keep getting into the bags. Several unrelated people living in the home. Drug using and selling. Excessive amount of animals living in the home. Broken boarded up window. Total slum.
Resident called in and the residents at the above address (new residents) have had a refrigerator at the curb for over 4 weeks but have not scheduled it to be picked up through Sanitation.
