Two abandoned cars have been parked on the street in front of the house that I rent since Spring2016. We are concerned about who they may belong to and need to have our parking spaces back. Vehicle One is a BMW325xi, plate #610MJF. Vehicle Two is a Saturn that has so much body damage that the model is indistinguishable. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.
There's a silver Jeep Liberty parked facing the wrong direction on Allen between S. Washington and Walnut. It has been there for several weeks. I am assuming it was abandoned because it hasn't been moved for weeks, and one of the windows was left down.
The address is 210 Ridgeview Drive. There's a green SUV that has a flat tire, parked alongside the road for over a month - NEVER moving. It makes a bottleneck on the street right there, and if you're heading towards Walnut St. Pk. you cannot see if there is oncoming traffic when you're trying to go around this vehicle.

There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. Unknown make and model Black Two door Plate number: 914EPD Has not moved in months Extremely close to corner-causes cars turning right onto Roosevelt (traveling north) from 8th (traveling west) to nearly hit the vehicle when it is dark outside. Extremely unsafe, and quite an eyesore!
