If one goes to your website on an iPad, and clicks on the "view full site" link, it takes you to the home page of the non-mobile site. BUT if you click on anything on that page, it takes you back to the mobile site. If your mobile site included everything that is on the regular site, that wouldn't really be a problem, but your mobile site is very difficult to use, contact information is virtually nonexistent, and if you give the option of non-mobile, then it should actually work. I have been completely unable to locate an email address for Animal Control, because it doesn't seem to be on the mobile site at all.

I tried to send a question and concern regarding an Animal Control issue via this website but it would not go through. I got a message when tried to verify it that Google was sending automatic messages and for security purposes it could not process my request (or something like that). Do you have a suggestion? On the City Council roster page, the link to Mr. Volan's profile is broken. I was able to navigate to his page by guessing its URL, but I doubt most users will go to that trouble. On the Website Feedback page (that is, the page I'm looking at as I write this), the body copy at the top of the page ("Report issues involving...") is either incomplete or not displaying correctly on my browser (Chrome).

I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off". <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="Off"/> </system.web> </configuration> Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL. <!-- Web.Config Configuration File --> <configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/> </system.web> </configuration> This has been going on for a week. Read what it says here about holiday delays in Sanitation Services. Can you make any sense of what it it is saying about Labor Day? Why is the note for Labor Day nonsensically phrased differently from the others? What meaning am I to make of it? That's pretty infuriating. Don't send my some blathery response. The "lost animals" section of the Shelter webpage is really a pain to navigate. Why aren't these just in a set of bulleted entries? You have to keep popping open one description at a time, then using the Back button to go back, scroll to where you left off, pop open another one . . . I just found a lost cat, and trying to go through these descriptions is making me crazy!

At https://bloomington.in.gov/interactive/maps/parkingmap the map shows either Residential Parking or Other Permit Required (can't tell which as the symbols are identical) on one block South and one block East of the intersection E. Smith Ave. and S. Dunn St. I don't believe this is accurate. I have not seen signs posted in this area and there are not adjoining residences. They are also not in a Zone.

Could you provide me with a resource to appeal for landlord's unfavorable action? Briefly, Deer park management asked for 2,000 $ deposit for the 2 bedroom apartment for rent due to my lack of credibility in 2017. Now the apartment return only 800 $. They charged whole painting cost and so forth. I do not think it is reasonable to charge. Please, I need an institute for the appeal for this issue before the court. Thanks, Jae

ureport drop down category menus not accessible on iphones or tablets. please address. most of the ureport stuff is sighted out in the world, so mobile device compatibility would be lovely.
