Hello, I am the Food Sourcing Manager at HHFB. I saw on your website you have a link to our finding food brochure here: https://bloomington.in.gov/sites/default/files/2025-10/HHFB%20Finding%20Food%20in%20Monroe%20County%206-24-2025.pdf I just wanted to let you know that we actually have an updated one in case you would like to use this. We think it is easier to read and has updated phone numbers/addresses, and service hours. Not a huge deal to keep the old one up, the new one doesn't have too many changes, but I thought I'd at least reach out to provide the new one if you all are interested! Finding Food Landing Page: https://hhfoodbank.org/find-food/ Actual Brochure Link: https://hhfoodbank.org/wp-content/uploads/Finding-Food-in-Monroe-County-4-16-26-1-1.pdf Thanks!

The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.

Never mind, able to access bloomington.in.gov now. I restarted my computer and router, and then I was able to log in to bloomington.in.gov, so please close my previous uReport.

I am blocked from bloomington.in.gov See attached screenshot. I have no idea why my IP would be blocked-- this is from my home computer at my house. Can we get me unblocked? Thank you!

Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. We went to update our contact information from the website https://bloomington.in.gov/utilities, but the following "Customers update their contact information electronically" doesn't work. https://bton.in/cbu24?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR23Jyw13G9sLmcf1i9zU1qC5HNrFGVLc4HxDKBsjzCa9YwNwP6TWE3iysw_aem_X1E7yHOoSJNCE-K8X5w3lw It goes to a google drive page that says "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service."

I filed an online report today (11/05/2025) about recent identify fraud. I soon after received an email with a link to confirm my report, but the page just has the header and blue space—so nowhere for me to click to confirm. Thanks!

I am interested in completing your survey on possible alternatives to the current traffic configuration on Walnut and College but I cannot get it to load properly. I’ve tried on a couple of computers without success, and some friends have similar stories. Please consider changing the survey, maybe with smaller files and more text descriptions, so it can load more easily. Your results are going to be skewed if you don’t and you will be making decisions without feedback from people who care. Thank you.

The "Map Results" feature is missing from uReports. Is it a glitch?

Will you *please* re-enable the map feature on uReports? See case# #206286. It is understandable that it needs to be upgraded/"rewritten" - it has been a bit persnickety lately - but why not keep the one that's been used for a long time by a lot of people until you have a new one to replace it, rather than just disabling it while you figure out how to improve it? It makes *zero* sense to turn off a functional and useful feature that needs some updating while it still works fine, and not explain fully why that was done.
