Following the west second street water project our easement tarmac to my office has been destroyed. Please send someone out to repair.
The cover for the water meter is very loose on the sidewalk. It presents a hazard for people walking and for strollers and wheelchairs.

Wondering when this plate in front of our house can be replaced or fixed. The hole underneath and large gap under the plate (large enough for most animals to crawl into) is, I believe, causing our basement to flood like it hasn’t in 15 years of living here. Thanks.

On 08/28/13, I asked CBU field inspector, Mike Runyon, to inspect the site. He did and reported that the area was restored properly and that adding soil and filling in the area requested by the homeowner would create a drainage issue.
Received voice message from James Eller, owner and resident of 6000 S. Handy Rd. Mr. Eller alleges that settlement occurred to his yard as a result of CBU's water transmission main project.
