On most Saturdays, corresponding with the Bton Farmers Mkt, I've seen MuddyFork farm selling food at the corner of 7th and the Bline. This is hippocritical at best given their opposition to participating in the Market in past years, yet they are clearly profiting from market traffic while other farmers rent their space. But i wonder if it is also in violation of permitting for businesses, specifically locating mobile food vending that close to a public event, a crosswalk (there was a line going into the street and bline), and on what could be private property (not sure if they have a permission to be there). This seems very unfair to farmers and the city and could actually be unsafe. Hope you can look into it. Thank you,

This school kicked me out because basically there was rumours or "ConCeRns" that I was gay. They kicked me out or didnt let me back in because I never said they were false. They also didnt do CRAP about the bullying situations me and my friends were in. Me and my friends would get in trouble for the most stupid reasons as well. There was an assembly where the lesson was about a woman washing jesus's feet. Me and my friends started laughing because the principle was washing peoples feet for real. Then this science teacher took us into her room which had students inside and made us take our shoes and socks off. Then she basically forced us to let her wash and rub our feet in mop buckets. I deff heard snickering in the back ground but I know damn well they didnt do crap about that.

I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? Hello - I am reporting a noise violation that I have previously reported to the City. I do not want to burden the police department with this, as I believe it can be worked out in a reasonable manner. The Royal Toyota South car lot on Walnut is a noise violation according to City Ordinances. I first reported this problem in December 2017 (Ureport Case #162088). The case is marked as "resolved" although the phone continues to ring just as loud and just as frequently to this day. Since that time, I have determined the City simply does not care. Business with multiple locations and money in town, versus lowly homeowner. I decided to report it again today because the phone has been ringing quite a bit lately. A review of City Ordinance 14.09.040 does not show this as a valid exemption. Under 14.09.030(c)(4) a loudspeaker is a prohibited noise. Also, I have heard this phone ring between the hours of 9pm and 7am previously which "is prima facie evidence of a violation of this section." The car lot has previously acknowledged to the City that this is their phone ringing. I simply want to be afforded the quiet enjoyment of my home and my property free from this incessant noise violation. I am roughly 2,000 feet from this car lot. I also know this is heard on the golf course at the Country Club, more than 3,000 feet from the car lot. The City is allowing one perpetrator to cast a very wide net of annoyance to local residents through a repeated noise violation. Please help those of us on the south side by putting an end to this violation of City ordinances. Thank you. Best, Nick

Fraudulent business practices continuing to occur at Speedy Wrecker Services LLC, 3170 S. Walnut St., Bloominton, IN 47401. This business specializes in non consensual and predatory towing. Once the car is impounded, they only offer odd hours for pick up, demand cash only payments, and do not collect taxes. The price per tow is over twice the normal rate in town. My son was charged $240.00. He settled via small claims mediation. Two friends since that case have been charged $180.00 each for a tow that should cost $90.00. The Bloomington Police have been contacted on each incident but that doesnt seem to be enough for Speedy Wrecker Service to change their predatory business practices. Is this the type of business Bloomington wants to be known for? This company is a disgrace! I would like to see the Bloomington Parking Commission create some regulatory actions against predatory towing.

Weve been using yellow cab for quite some time now. Once or twice a day at least for the last few months. Its getting to a point where they don't answer their phones because their isn't a dispatcher. Or they take hours to show up. Thats not the problem though. The issue is we'll keep calling until someone answers and they pick up the phone cussing us out telling us there isn't no drivers before we can even get a word out. Ive been late to work multiple times, and the disrespect is too much to deal with. Especially when we pay a lot for their services. If this is how the city of bloomington treats people, we have a problem.

Juanita‘s restaurant has recently installed two of these LED security lights illuminating their parking lots. They produce at least 20,000 lm each. I live a block away, And I can literally read a newspaper from the light that comes through my window. I believe the luminosity of these lights is in violation of city code for lumens per acre.
