Charlestowne Manor Developer (Chuck Short) billed the neighborhood for $325 in 2023 and has since turned it over to a company to manage and they are only charging $250 in 2024 for dues. No one will not return our "over payment" or say where our money is going. This seems very suspicious from the developer. We cannot get any answers and need someone to look into this.
Received an anonymous voice mail in ESD with a phone # 317-468-3545. He is complaining of a potential business going in at this address where there are tents & smokers in the back. I have seen multiple people sharing images and warnings that the Goodwill on South College Mall Rd has an active bedbug infestation, with photos showing adult bedbugs on clothing in the store. This is a public health concern, but I can find no information about whether a business is required to 1) notify potential customers who may come to the store, and 2) take action to eliminate the pests by hiring a professional service.

Other: Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

The Back Door is having adult entertainment and are in a area not zoned for adult entertainment. To my understanding, that is not allowed at their location. Please stop this before everyone is doing it.
On most Saturdays, corresponding with the Bton Farmers Mkt, I've seen MuddyFork farm selling food at the corner of 7th and the Bline. This is hippocritical at best given their opposition to participating in the Market in past years, yet they are clearly profiting from market traffic while other farmers rent their space. But i wonder if it is also in violation of permitting for businesses, specifically locating mobile food vending that close to a public event, a crosswalk (there was a line going into the street and bline), and on what could be private property (not sure if they have a permission to be there). This seems very unfair to farmers and the city and could actually be unsafe. Hope you can look into it. Thank you,
