The left turn arrow for the left turn does change to green. I sat through this light on Thursday and today for two light cycles and it never turned green.

On 7th street the construction has resulted in multiple stop signs being taken out. Every day I see cars spewing through which is ferrying especially at night when it is hard to see pedestrians because of the new bike lane. This neighborhood is where my friends reside and every day I fear for their safety. These stops signs need to be put back in immediately because of the danger they are actively putting residents and students in. Construction should not result in danger for safety.

The traffic light at 7th and College isn’t giving westbound traffic the green arrow, and now that that intersection is “turn on green arrow only” cars are stacking up in the left turn lane with no chance to go. This evening I sat through 3 light cycles and never got the green arrow, despite the fact that there were 3-4 cars behind me. This is especially problematic at the moment because 7th is closed at Morton St, so 95% of westbound traffic on 7th needs to turn left onto College. Could this be fixed, and the resulting green arrow made long enough for 3-4 cars to get through before it turns red? Thanks!

It's getting worse. It's now cycling green for all three lanes of southbound traffic on Walnut when there are no cars at all. And this morning it cycled a green left turn arrow for northbound Walnut turning left onto W. Hillside with no cars there. Hadn't seen it do that for a while.

The left turn arrow on S. Walnut southbound at Hillside cycles green every time regardless of whether or not there's a car turning left. And the junction box in the street for the loop wires is open with all the wiring exposed.

Traffic signal at W. Patterson and Fairview St has been cycling ever 30 seconds for a couple weeks. And the left turn arrow for west bound Patterson turns green every cycle with no vehicles turning.

When you are driving on Patterson toward Rodgers St., the light at Fairview turns red when there is no one at the cross street, Fairview. You then have to wait for a delayed signal, then you get a green light. 3-4 cars can make it through the light, and it turns red again with no traffic on the cross St., Fairview. Patterson is the main street. Why is the light turning red with no one on Fairview, slowing up traffic ON Patterson? This has been going on for a month!!!

I start work at 4 am I get off I 69 south at 3 rd street I have to set there and set there waiting for the light to change it takes over a minute to change even when there is no cross traffic.
The lights on S Patterson and W Allen, W Adams, and Fairview cycle red green all night, these should remain green until the censer is activated from the residential area. These also take over a minute to change.
The light at 2nd st and Patterson takes over 2 minutes to change. If I have to stop at all these lights (most of the time I do) it adds over 5 minutes to go less than a mile. 25 minutes a week setting there burning gas for nothing. If you multiply that by the number of people that work for Catalent in the evening hours that is a lot of fuel wasted and adds to pollution. there are probably many other lights threw out the city that needs to be addressed with the same problem.
