Turn signals trigger although no cars are in turn lane.
College Mall Rd and Buick Cadillac Blvd traffic light isn't working properly. It cycles red on College Mall Rd when there are no cars waiting on Buick Cadillac Blvd or in the apartment complex parking lot. And it take 3-4 minutes to turn green when you're waiting at the red on Buick Cadillac Blvd.
Pedestrian button on NW corner to cross Pete Ellis doesn't trigger the cross signal.
The traffic light is longer for the traffic on Adam’s Street vs the traffic on 2nd Street causing a back up all. The timing should be flipped so the green light is longer for the traffic on 2nd Street.
In the early morning, when I'm driving to work, around 6:00 a.m., the northbound/southbound lights only stay green for about ten seconds, while the other side stays green for up to 50 seconds, or longer. The mall isn't even open yet. They are working on timers, not sensors.
Lights are flashing yellow for Curry and red for Profile.
The pedestrian blinking light for the trail on Country Club Drive between Walnut and Rogers is stuck on. I went through it twice between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on Sunday 10/21, and it was still on.
The red signal lights are out going both ways when pedestrians want to cross on the trail.
Traffic light at 3rd/Kingston ( College Mall / Speedway Gas ) needs traffic sensors. Early morning (6-7:00am) the signal will cycle through cross street and turn lanes with no vehicles in those lanes, can take up to 2 full minutes waiting on the light with no other traffic at the intersection. Morning commuter traffic flow on SR46 is unnecessarily hampered at this light.
