New light at intersection of w. 2nd and Twin lakes rec center is too short and causing major delays to the east.

The new stop light on second street at the Sports Complex is causing traffic to back up in both directions at 8 am and 5 pm. If the light were to be flashing during those heavy traffic times, it would be a tremendous help. I work at the IMA building on Landmark Ave. I couldn't even get out of the parking lot for 10 minutes last evening. It took another 10 minutes to get to the stop light. This is not acceptable. Thank you.
I want to thank the city for installing traffic lights at the exit of Twin Lakes Rec Center, at the intersection of Bloomfield Rd and Rolling Ridge Dr. They are a big help to me when I need to make a left turn from the TLRC. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Traffic signal at Curry Pike and Otis Elevator not working properly; signal remains red although traffic in all other directions stops and this pattern repeats cycle after cycle.
Signal at W. 2nd St. & Liberty Dr. only lasting 3-5 seconds on green for 2nd St. 1st car gets through on green, 2nd car gets yellow while in intersection, 3rd car gets red while in intersection.
Traffic light out- flashing red @17th and Fee Lane
The beacon on the "signal ahead" sign south of Atwater and Third is out and/or working very sporadically.
Street light at 2nd and High.Perhaps there is a reason, but I don't understand why the east-west light stays green for twice as long as the north-south? Also, why does the left turn lane always activate when there are no cars turning (from the north going south) and sometimes when there are no cars traveling south at all? Thanks.
The traffic light cycles left turn only arrows for north and south-bound Walnut every time regardless of cars at intersection or turning or not.
The traffic sensors on the signal at 3rd & High are not working. The signal cycles through all phases, even turn arrows, even when there are no vehicles on the side street (Bryan) or the turn lane (w.b.3rd).
