A few years ago, Duke Energy installed this abomination of a culvert behind my back yard, adjacent to Rogers Road. They also installed two embarrassingly undersized culverts in the dry stream bed immediately south of this culvert further into my property. This was all done to get a truck back to a utility pole. After the two culverts clogged routinely, flooded the property, and were shown to be entirely insufficient, I complained and they removed the double culvert. I complained at the time about this awful eyesore of a culvert adjacent to the road, but they did nothing. The culvert served no purpose but to allow a vehicle onto the property without having to traverse a small dry stream bed. With the other culverts now removed (which were used to traverse the next dry stream), there is no reason for any vehicle exit Rogers Road at this location. Please, for the sake of our city’s beauty and the beauty of my back yard, have someone remove this grossly-too-long, rusted, paint-peeling culvert that serves no purpose. I hope all of the gravel can be removed as well, but I would be overjoyed with the sole removal of the pipe. Many many thanks for your consideration! We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. We are needing guidance and help since we do not know how to address the erosion and also the public road. Our hope is to have this issue addressed before the Raining season starts. Thank you !

1 year after my yard was flooded with mud, this retention hole behind my house is still unfinished and full of weeds! Recently in July they dug up pipes they had installed, and they are still lying there.... who is responsible for finally finishing this mess and mowing the weeds down? I dread another heavy rain and my yard filling with mud again... Please have the people who are responsible finish construction of this area and maintain it properly! Thanks , Dave Reid 812-363-3049

Storm drainage culvert on East side of Binford Elementary is continually flowing clear water even during dry summer times. It is flooding the front yard of 648 Woodscrest downstream. just started this summer. We thought it was runoff from the school AC units but now that weather has cooled, it is still flowing. Concerned there is a broken pipe under the school or nearby that is flowing continually into this storm drain under the school.

There is a large water main break outside of 407 E Varsity Lane in Bloomington IN, Water is pouring up from the sidewalk and causing a stream to run down the side of the house. Needs urgent care. Likely shutoff.

I am writing on behalf of the Quaker Meetinghouse on 3820 Moore's Pike. I am told the drainage ditch toward the west along the street is not draining properly.

The grate cover of a drain in a parking lot here had fallen into the drain. The drain is located inside an HOA called Madison Park. We got the cover out and reinstalled it, but it is bent and needs to be replaced. Would this be a City responsibility or the responsibility of the HOA? Thank you for your help!

At bottom of driveway is larger patch of frozen water. We have had numerous water lines breaking and wonder if this is another? Ice patch is in curb and in street.
