Thanks Kelsey, The creek has been much clearer lately. I appreciate you following up. Usually when it is cloudy, it clears up in a day or two. I do watch it closely and will let you know, but unless you are able to get out right away, it may be difficult for you to see it when it is looking bad. Mr. Horvath, the sediment in Jackson Creek at Rock Creek Drive may have been a result of construction in the watershed. There is one construction project upstream from your location that may have contributed sediment in the past, but according to our Planning Department who manages the grading permits, that site has since been stabilized. I was in the area last week and observed some utility work being done in the neighborhood, but can't say if that was what caused the sediment in the stream on 2/2/2019. Report Case #159586 This has been an ongoing issue. The creek, once again, is very cloudy and dirty. It was clear yesterday (2/1/19) and is like this today.

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. Excess water seems to be coming out of my drains at the street, even days after it has rained. My water bill was high last month, and I thought it was for other reasons. Now I am worried that there is a leak.

During rain, particularly strong ones, we get a lot of run off coming down to the backyard of my home. We live on South Sweetbriar Court in Winslow Farms, but the runoff seems to be coming from Graham Drive. Graham Drive runs into South Henderson

Something is being washed down the creek that runs through Southeast Park. This picture shows it at the culvert under Moores Pike. It's like this all the way to Sare Road.

There is a strong smell of sewage on West Wapahani Road near the chain-link gate. I suspect some drainage system is clogged with dead leaves.

Location - 2001 East Marilyn Drive Issue - rain water is collecting and pooling in front of our home. We believe that it is caused by drainage system built on the "high" side of the road that is poorly engineered and inadequate for this area. Solution - we would like to discuss what it would take to get a curb with an inlet that would connect to the drainage system across the road.
