Claire, explained that the sidewalk at the northeast corner of the intersection of 4th/Maple has a pool of water on it because the adjacent storm drain is too high.
Currently there is no proper rain water drainage on one side of the entire Graywell drive road. The road is eroding on one side since rain water flows over the road. Recently we had lot of rain as well and it has further eroded one side of the road. Can Bloomington Utilities install proper rainwater drainage so that roads don't need to be repaired again and again? It would be ideal if rain water can be discharged under the road. This will save lot of road repair costs. Thank you for helping the city with your work.
Gravel placed on top of asphalt in alley making it very hazardous and slippery for pedestrians and the rocks are going into the storm drain.
water is coming down the curb line and then turning down the driveway and causing water damage on the property.
There is a city-owned storm drain/culvert running along the north edge of the property listed in the Service Request Location field. In this drain/culvert, there appears to be quite a bit of poisonous hemlock growing "wild". There are children - both from the neighborhoods on either side of the drain - as well as those transient walkers, etc. who often "cut through" using the drain area. The concern is that any of these individuals could accidentally pick/touch/ingest the hemlock. Can the city come take a look, please? Thanks! - Rob Aney
409 North Sheffield Drive. the rain last night lifted three layers of asphalt and fluid Downstream to the dream last night. half the road is cracked and so I'm worried that with the next rain will lose another five feet from the curb. Please send someone out to investigate. This may be a duplicate because the last one I submitted had problems submitting and I haven't seen it in my my reports.

Water pools on NE corner of 11th/Lincoln intersection (formerly a sidewalk) and freezes. This is dangerous. Water pools at same location in summer and causes swampy conditions.
The public alley located off of Hawthorn Drive to the west (between 1st and University St) has a recurring problem of washing out due to Hawthorne Street drainage running down the alley. It is a gravel alley. It currently has several gulleys that make it difficult to navigate with a car. It has been regraded several times, only to wash out again. Needs to be graded to make it passable for now and then needs a more permanent fix to keep it from recurring. Thanks!
