The Bishop Bar allows heavy cigarette smoking outside within their fenced in area. I've observed this on multiple occasions, especially in the later night hours. Perhaps they need reminder of the city ordinance that disallows this to remember to enforce it.
Dayton Freight driver noted multiple individuals smoking cigarettes and one smoking a marijuana vape while waiting to be unloaded. Driver stated male 6'0 white beard and hair, skinny, late 40s. Driver has told Carlilse management who is looking into it as of a year ago with no resolution. Have seen others smoking while delivering or picking up
Is smoking allowed on City trails and pathways? Can the City put up signs on this trail between Henderson and walnut. I see people smoking here all the time.

Plato’s Court Knights Landing has told the residents that if they continue to smell marijuana from neighboring apartments, to report it to the police. The following address has a constant smell of marijuana coming from it. 2036 North Walnut Street, APT 27-C, Bloomington, In, 47404.

I began smelling cigarette smoke in October and by November, it had become excessive and is causing me serious health issues. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. After a few days of breathing the secondhand smoke, I became congested with an intense sinus headache and a continual cough. My daughter was here from L.A. during the Thanksgiving break and her cloths in her suitcase that she never wore were saturated with smoke after her visit. It’s a clear health issue and, because of this, I couldn’t have my grandchildren here for Thanksgiving.

Little Caesars on the east side (2504 E Third St). The employees regularly take their smoking breaks immediately in front of the business entrance. The smoke travels to the outside dining area at McAlisters Deli. I witnessed this on Saturday May 27 and Wednesday May 31, 2017. The business also does not have any smoking signage posted. Just show up during business hours and observe, it won't take long.
Every week I visit on Fridays for free flower Friday and there are always 2 female employees who smoke right outside the entrance. I respect the fact that they have a want for a smoking break, but not right outside the entrance to their own store, where non-smoking employees and customers have to inhale 2nd hand smoke. As well, there is another lady who I have seen vaping inside of the store. This is unacceptable, and I am not the only customer who I have heard complain.
