House is empty. exterior lights. violation of municipal code, on 24/7 now. Nuisance lights on exterior east side. There are multiple owners of this property, apparently not all are notified? Municipal code violations: lighting code https://library.municode.com/in/bloomington/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT20UNDEOR_CH20.04DESTIN_20.04.100SI (5) Glare. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so as not to cause glare at or beyond the property line and shall not be aimed toward traffic. Shielding. ii. Light Trespass. All lighting fixtures shall be installed so that light trespass from any property line, except a property line abutting a public street, shall not exceed two footcandles at a point one meter beyond the property line.

Ever since W. 3rd street was paved, the light at Cory Lane and W. 3rd stays green way too long for the one or two cars that need to turn left onto W. 3rd or go straight into Culvers. Let the pedestrians push the crosswalk button if they need 45 seconds to cross the road. But don't make us all suffer if there are no pedestrians and one car needs to turn. Shorten the light please.
