Planning staff investigated and measured the intensity (Footcandle reading) of the lighting from the property line. The lighting is not in violation of lighting trespass standards. The lighting fixtures do not require full shielding as they are standard low-intensity lighting fixtures. These lighting fixtures appear to be fully compliant with the City's Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) outdoor lighting standards.
