Invalid and duplicate report. Planning staff re-investigated the property today and did not observe any additional lighting. All outdoor lighting on the property appears to be compliant as it meets the limits for light trespass and the lighting fixtures meet the shielding exemption for low-intensity lighting. Please contact Planning staff directly regarding further complaints about the lighting at this property as this is a misuse of City staff time to continue reporting the lighting at this property anonymously via uReport. You can contact Planning staff directly at 812-349-3423 or at [email protected].
