Left turn signal always begins light cycle when north or southbound on Union. This is frustrating because there usually isn't even a car there to trigger the turn arrow. This causes all other cars to just sit when traffic could have been moving.
There are several of these in the public right of way. And the purpose of the sign is moot -- the proposed rezone was pulled by the petitioner anyway.
