Between N. Eagleson Ave. and Fee Lane, there is a pothole that is in the direct line of travel you can't avoid when there is oncoming traffic. I hit it at about 20mph and bent my rim and blew my tire.

Every time it rains the culvert in front of/between Bruster’s Ice Cream and Small Talk backs up and floods like in this photo or even worse. The water remains high like this for 12-24 hours later. Each time it is also destroying all landscaping in the area due to high water.

The edge of the road has crumbled over the culvert that passes under Winslow Road. Would cause catastrophic damage to a vehicle if hit by a car wheel. Exact site is about 50 yards west of 1001 E Winslow Roads mailbox. Issue is on the north side of the road.

The main whole cover on the sidewalk next to the 1200 building is opened up. A child almost fell in it cause it flipped up when they walked over it.
