I tried to call the number listed for reporting parking meter issues and some guy just said hello then hung up on me after asking who I was trying to reach then I tried again and nobody answer. Anyway, twice in the past month I put in $.25 (was dimes and nickels, not quarters, and yes I counted correctly) and it didn't give me the full 15 minutes. Also, the one time I tried my IUCU debit/credit card it wouldn't take it. I don't want to get a ticket for not being able to use a card if that is all I have or for putting in the correct amount of money and not being given the full amount of time. Not sure why either is happening but both are very problematic. Thank you.

Today I parked in spot 115B on the east side of the square. I swiped my card several times, and it kept saying "transaction cancelled". I had just used my debit card at the store with no issues. I dug through the car for change, and was able to pay with change with no issues. But the meter refused to accept my card. I have never had a problem before, and it was very strange.

I paid my son's 40.00 parking ticket #I1200280 on line May 9, 2012. Your website said that it did not go through. So I tried it again, and it said there was a problem with the credit card. I tried it one more time and it went through. Well... I received three receipts saying it was paid. Ref. #1 = 10.174.5.142-1372DBC7397-70EF2644-3DD4FC3E Ref. #2 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA975E1-4455AA88-796A35A7 Ref. #3 = 10.174.5.142-1372DA49A86-7BD90C64-518A26FB Two of the three receipts have shown up on my credit card. So now I have paid 80.00 for a 40.00 ticket. Please check into this error and make the necessary changes as soon as possible. I hope that the 3rd receipt does not show up on my credit card. You may also want to look into your website and figure out WHY this happened. I will be looking for a credit to my account and would appreciate an acknowledgement to this issue. Sincerely Karen M. I have been contacted about 2 outstanding parking tickets. I have spoken with the collection agency to inform them that those tickets were paid and I gave them the confirmation number that the tickets were never delinquent. The person I spoke with didn't update their system with the confirmation numbers in order to follow up with you (on March 21, 2012) and they called me again today. I would like to email you the receipt that I received from your website when I paid. Parking on Hillsdale is clearly marked with signs that say "residential parking permitted M-F, 8-5." However, cars are routinely parked on both sides of Hillsdale in the evenings and on weekends. Most of them are parked near the intersection of Hillsdale and E. 7th St., which creates a very narrow lane for traffic and is a hazardous situation for drivers. The parking regulations for this street need to be enforced.

There is a black BMW 'parked' in the 800 Block of West 3rd st with expired plates that looks abandon. It has not moved in quite some time and perhaps should be removed. Thanks.

I am hoping that i can be credited for my lack of action manually deactivating my parking session. I love the app and convenience of using the app for parking. However, the new pricing model requiring a stop action tripped me up...and I think it is more difficult and not as user friendly. I was looking at garage parking permits and it said 67 for non reserved paring for 24 hours 7 days a week. I was wondering if this is an annual pass or do I pay weekly? Also does this apply to the parking garage on morton between 6th and 7th thank you
