An Airbnb, located at 723 W Allen St., is claiming city property as private property. The land on the west end of the park located at 1126 S Fairview St., is being rented out as a parking lot and used to store vehicles, dog kennel etc. Altercations have occurred when children and dog walkers attempt to access the area as the adjacent property owner claims that it is theirs because they maintain it (mowed the grass). The neighborhood would like to see this green space no longer rented out and used for personal storage of one individual.

I am a realtor with FC Tucker and I am trying to sell a house at the above address. There is a homeless camp in the back woods of this house. we had an accepted offer on the house until the people walked out into the backyard and saw the homeless encampment. My address is 1202 E. Wylie Street. The city repaired the sidewalk in front of our house in July 2010. Last fall it began spalling and breaking apart. There is now broken, small pieces of concrete in a section in front of our house. Would the city please send someone to look at it? Thank you.
