lots adjacent and across the street from Fairview Apartments have excessive growth of weeds, 615 W 15th Street is our apartment complex. Weeds are excessive on the north and south side of properties adjacent to Fairview Apartments.
My address is technically 1529 W. 8th. We recently purchased our home and just got all moved in. In between my house and our neighbors, there is a ton of overgrowth over power lines connected to our homes. We really need someone to come out and clear the area before it becomes a problem. There is also a very large and what seems like a very dead tree on our neighbors property that is over some power lines as well.
It is on the side of the house facing the alley near the front.
North side of building someone crossed over the fence and spray painted the side of the building. On the opposite side of the building facing 4th street....we have more graffiti which looks to be a tag.

Lower door wide open, upper door open but storm door closed. Officers (six) arrived and cleared the house, Windows are still unlocked and storm windows may be opened as they are not closed in place on nearly all windows. Please make contact with the owner and request that they close all windows and check the two doors so they may be closed and locked. I have mentioned to you in the past, on the lower door, stone wall has fallen and mud prevents storm door to close. This needs attention. Please be more aggressive in your home owner contact. Monitoring this house and follow up on securing the house is now using Police time and resources. Plus my time and others neighbors concern that the house is being entered by homeless and others trespassers. It appears a mess inside and needs attention. If you cannot get results on this homeowner's negligence, see history back to 2004 where the city has sited issues, I will follow up with the Mayor and City legal. This needs to be solved to hold the homeowner accountable for action before something bad happens; house fire, frozen water pipes, trespassers cause issues. If you can, please tell me who the homeowner is and their contact information. I am willing to contact them to discuss issues (as the Neighborhood Association representative) - plus Bloomington Police wish to make contact. Case #158566 Yard Waste 2431 N Skyline DR I guess the city thinks what they are doing at this house in the front yard is acceptable. I don't, and the neighbors don't but obviously you won't do anything about it.
I wish to report a code violation regarding overgrowth and grass length at 537 N. Plymouth Road in Park Ridge East. The code states that anything greater than 8" is in violation. The front yard is grown up with weeds taller than this. The back yard is MUCH more of a problem with overgrowth even taller than the front yard. We are concerned about mosquitoes and other such problems as a result of this overgrowth. We would appreciate the City giving them a slight nudge to take care of this yard maintenance issue.
I would like to report excessive amounts of furniture and trash in the yard.It has been there over a month.
Over occupancy complaint for the HAND. This home has at least four tenants judging by who is regularly at the house. It is rented for $1,800/month which would also suggest more than three as the average at the high end is $500/bedroom and these homes are next to campus. Please investigate.
