There is widespread pavement distress throughout this section of the street, including interconnected or alligator-type cracking, longitudinal and irregular cracks, weathering, and localized surface deterioration. The damage extends beyond the selected map location and is present throughout the surrounding street. Please include this in repair lists and inspect the full street segment to determine whether crack sealing, patching, resurfacing, or rehabilitation is appropriate.

The location is on the walking path where Fourth Street would be, between Jefferson and Roosevelt. Water is draining from a yard on the north side of the path and down the path. It's been like that for about a week, so I wonder if something is leaking. The intersection visible in the photo is Fourth and Roosevelt.

Cars can drive faster than the speed limit over the traffic calming humps that were installed. Witness many vehicles increased speed over humps.

Tall grass on the east side of the intersection is blocking the view for drivers turning off Dunn st. onto Old 37. Very dangerous!

The sidewalk starting at 2206 S Rockport Rd to Countryside Ln is very overgrown. It creates a hazard because you have to leave the side walk in some areas and Rockport is a bust road.

Why isn't the traffic signal at W. Kirkwood and Rogers St set to flashing red while Kirkwood is closed. A 3-way stop would be much better than a light going through it full cycle causing back-ups on Rogers.
