When trash and recycling is picked up on my street (S. Washington), sanitation employees throw the empty cans and bins back down, which is both very loud early in the morning and had resulted in damage to my trash cans and bins. Monday mornings, the sidewalks of S. Washington are strewn with the cans and bins that have been tossed (rather than set) back on the sidewalk.

I find the city website rather difficult to use, and aesthetically, it isn't very pleasing. Personally, I find that it is in need of some updates and remodeling - it looks rather aged, and has many outdated links in pages. I am often very interesting in economic and park development, as well as future projects and proposals to the development of the city - such as the Certified Technology Park, and the Switchyard Park development. I hope to see a site redesign that streamlines everything, makes it beautifully simple, and highlights "new" news regarding city events and developments, while archiving some of the older events and developments.

The public sidepath between Southdowns and Greenwood Avenue is blocked by overgrown plants. This is a walk-to-school route, used by people with strollers and at least one person in a wheelchair. Walkers are currently trampling the adjacent yard in order to avoid the plants. The plants are growing from the garden of Mr. Sagarin, who you may remember sued the council over the path, so I hesitate to contact him directly. Please resolve this urgently. Thank you. We have contacted the street department 4 times now on this prob. At the end of Tudor lane and aloe dale there is a sink hole in the road that constantly has red clay wet mud approximately 4 feet in diameter around it. Red clay water runs almost a block downhill. The hole has been patched but eons up again. It is not a pot hole but is caving in. We as a neighborhood have to either pull out into the opposite lane of traffic or go through red wet mud. Please direct my email to appropriate person. I had notified u earlier this summer and they said they would send a supervisor out. This is probably 4-5 month on going. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Side walk hazard. In front of Malibu Grill on Walnut. Half the grate around tree plot on side walk is missing. At 12:30am Sunday morning I fell because of this hazard and had to seek medical care and may have fractured my right hand.

I am contacting the city in regards to a sidewalk that was put built from Park on the Morton apartments to College Avenue that has an overgrowth of 3 feet of weeds on both sides of the sidewalk along with trash, dirt and debris. The Park on the Morton office claims that it is not their property to maintain, and it seems no one is maintaining it from the overgrowth and dirt/debris.
