The pedestrian light at 10th and Fee Lane that allows people to walk across at Fee Lane is not working. Stood there for 3 turns watching cars go by, when I could normally cross the street. Had to run across on a red when there were no cars around. I can see a lot of pedestrians/students crossing illegally at this busy intersection today and messing up the flow of traffic.

Five dogs came out of the back door at 1432 Winfield at 2:29 pm today (1/14/2026) and proceeded to run around the yard, barking steadily, until 3:15 at which time it was snowing and windy. They then all went on the deck where the largest dogs proceeded to climb on the back door for the next 45 minutes to get back into the house. No one ever came out to see what they were doing.
I was awakened at 6:30 this morning (during quiet hours) by dogs barking in the back yard at 1432 Winfield Rd. I tried to go back to sleep but the dogs were barking again a little before 7am. Then they were barking at 7:21am. Then they were barking at 7:35am. So much for getting any more sleep.

It's hard to count the exact number when they're running all over the yard and barking. They don't bark for long periods of time but it's very disruptive. On Sunday morning (12/21) five or six dogs ran out of the back door of 1432 Winfield Rd. and proceeded to run around the yard and bark from 9 am until 10:20 am. At 11 pm dogs were barking again.
