This is in reference to Case #141772. I should have been more detailed. You tested the pressure at 48PSI which confirms my test as I had a similar reading which I understand is acceptable while on the low end. My flow rate is not acceptable. I'm getting at best 3GPM from fixtures that should be delivering 5 to 6 GPM. Can you test flow rate at the meter? Thank you!
this is an alley, but it is not used for cars -- it's grassed over. but people still walk through it a lot, and several large limbs from a tree are now blocking it. anyway, this is not an emergency situation at all, but it would be great to get the limbs removed. maybe one of the homeowners should do this, but they have been there for several weeks now.
The city has come out and measured several times for a culvert to be installed in front of my driveway. The problem is that the street is higher than my driveway and this house is at the bottom of a hill. When it rains all the debris from the street and houses above me come into my driveway. There is so much water that my basement can flood and the water level can easily reach several feet deep. I have at the moment blocks of stones in front of my driveway so that the debris and water keeps going down Mitchel street instead of blocking the small drainage grates that are in driveway. Dear City of Bloomington Representative, Last night’s torrential rain brought a lot of water down our driveway from the street, some of which eventually ended up in our finished basement. We've lived at this address since 2009, and this has been a problem we've lived with since then. We’ve spent almost $15,000 on waterproofing our basement, installing storm drains at the bottom of our driveway, halfway down our driveway, and installing a berm on top of the driveway. Still, water that runs down the Anita Street takes a hard right into our driveway and overwhelms our systems. Anita Street slopes south to north, after it has turned from the east to west slope of East 2nd street. We believe a majority of the water coming down Anita Street actually ends up in our driveway. A lot of the water from the street also collects in the yard of our neighbor, Allyson Youat Schnable. Water that has come into our basement has damaged equipment, furniture, boxes and their contents, and is a threat to our foundation. I believe we have exhausted our options to comprehensively deal with the amount of storm water that is presented to us. We would love for the city to address the water coming down the street. Corner redwood house on north side of Fairway at Rogers, tree growing next to road at corner of property hangs a little low and hinders seeing sb Rogers traffic. Around July 13? I asked the property owner to trim it when he was outside and I was in my car (he seemed to understand what I meant), but hasn't trimmed. And further north on same property or Country Club property, foliage could be trimmed back so it's not so close to Rogers, as it hinders seeing sb traffic easily.

Drunken college students (I bet you wish you had a dollar for every time one of these started that way) pulled a pipe out of the ground from down the block and threw it in my yard during little 5. I know where they pulled it from since I used to pass it on my way to work. It is vertical and has orange spray paint on it and I'm assuming it was used to mark water lines or other utility info under ground.

The trash for the Killion Building apartment complex has not been picked up in weeks and is starting to get scattered all over the parking lot behind my house. I have spoken with Woodington Management prior to this about the same issue about a month ago but it is happening again.
