Monster sized pot hole A located near a very busy trafficked area. Had a blowout immediately from this hole. It has clearly never been repaired or patched as well.. Multiple holes in area but 1 very very large hole caused me to be stuck in the middle of the night with my child in a questionable area

Every Friday people park on both sides of 89th between 18th Ave and Old Cedar Ave. And it is allowed!!!! It seems that a group that is near ae controlling the enforcement of laws not the city!

The trash located in the alley to the east of 110 E 6th Street is NOT Olympus Properties trash. We do not manage the dumpster and have no residents or business tenants dumping there. . The identifiers on the trash belong to AMRIT INDIA and 118 N Walnut Street. One identifier as Ethan M (Door Dash) is not our resident.
