The bike lane on 7th may technically be plowed, but there is so much snow and debris left behind on the surface that is essentially unfit for its intended purpose. To understand what I mean, bring your bike to city hall and try to ride east a few blocks without falling down. If you want this bike lane to be useable, it should be plowed to the standard of the B-line trail. Otherwise, why plow it at all? Also, and I'm assuming this is Indiana University's responsibility, but the bike lane near the university hasn't been touched at all.
Along Longview, there are several apartments that have not plowed the sidewalk. The property owner of the empty field here has also made no attempt to plow the sidewalk. I have noticed multiple pedestrians in this area that have been forced to walk on the street as a result.
The snow in the alleys in this street and its surrounding streets have still not been cleared. My car was stuck twice tonight. I need to return to work. Please fix this so I can exit my area and continue with work.
Sidewalk blocked by snow
Snow hasn't been cleared from the sidewalk
The sidewalks are not cleared in front of Chili’s, Arby’s, CVS, Red Lobster.
Snow plow buried the mail boxes at 2121 and 2125 White Tail Run. This has never happened in the 32 years we’ve lived here. There is a vacant lot across the cul-de-sac that could accommodate the snow.
Hi I’m reporting a blocked sidewalk and buried crosswalk button/crosswalk at the location above. The snow from the plows has made the crosswalk button area totally inaccessible, and pedestrians are forced into the street, which is unsafe.
My roommate and I experienced sewage water expelled from our shower drain at our rental property managed by Granite Student Living on Saturday 1/24/26 when we tried to plunge a toilet. We have had three plumbing companies come out to inspect the line leading out of the house, and the conclusion is that the clay piping has been damaged/collapsed, and there may be further blockages that need the use of a high pressure water jet. We have been told water can slowly flow out of the house, but trying to send solid waste out of the property could cause a repeat of the original incident. Our management has been reluctant to assist us, meaning we have not had reliable access to a toilet on our property because it is the only bathroom. Granite management also informed us that they were unable to help because it was the entire street sewer main that collapsed, but after asking this to city utility maintenance, I was told that was not the issue. I'd like for the outside line to be inspected so our management company will either fix the issue or help find us temporary housing so we have reliable access to a bathroom.
