There is a relatively large water meter lid (maybe 18" in diameter) that is crooked and now stuck in an awkward position. It is located on the east side of Park about 40' south of 12th Street along the ROW. Since there are no longer buildings at this location (it might have served the old laudromat), it's possible this meter is no longer being used. If so, maybe the pit should be filled in. The way it is now, someone could trip on it or step into it or an animal could fall in and get stuck. It has been loose for at least several years and we have repositioned the lid every time it became uncentered, but this time it is locked in place and we cannot (meaning, we do not want to try to) fix it.
There is no water in the Oakland park neighborhood.
The townhouse unit we live in does not have access to water currently.
No water/extremely low pressure
Water seeping out of water main shutoff on Olive at Thornton
There were workers outside of here earlier, from around 6-7:30pm, and now the water comes out of my faucets at a slow trickle.
I have no running water. Earlier today my water pressure was low but as of 7:40pm I have no running water AT ALL.
Water pressure is only a trickle. It appears to be related to water main break at Olive & Thornton - reporting in case the low pressure should have been repaired already. (9:55pm Wed 11/5)
No running water access in the house.
