There appears to be sewage coming up onto the street. It has been this way for about a week or so. It often smells bad when walking by and it looks like solid human waste as well as toilet paper is on the street. There was construction done on this part of the street sometime in the past month. This morning I noticed new, what I think is sewage, on in this area, mixed with the old waste that has been there for a few weeks. The odor was strong again today.

On April 29, 2018 I was turning onto 3rd street off of Jackson where I struck a curb in the middle of the road. There is a street sign at the corner warning you of a speed hump but not that there is a huge curb holding dirt and literally in the road. It CUT my tire and damaged my rim. Not sure how or where to file this complaint, but hopeful the city will accept responsibility. I was told by 3 different residents at the time I hit it that less than 24 hours prior another lady had hit it also with damage. And that a city police officer 2 weeks ago had hit it as well. I live at 4012 E. 10TH St. Next door to the Smith Road warehouses. I was checking my property for trash along the fence between the warehouses and our property. I found this crumpled pile of drug needles. I refuse to pick them up. Send a hazardous waste person here to remove them. This last Winter I found a plastic box of clothing and someone was sleeping in our woods. Between our property and the warehouses. They moved on as the weather changed. But drug use on my or near my property with needles is totally unacceptable.

The Water hydrant at 7th and Spring Street has been neglected for years. I asked the Utilities Department to fix it last year, but nothing has been done about it. Can you get it painted before the election?

Everytime I try to use your embedded Google map and try to zoom or pan it zooms all the way out to a view of the whole globe. This is not the first time I've reported this. And it is not my phone because your site/app is the only one I have this problem with. You might check the gesture detector code

On Vernal Pike heading east in to the City, there is a significant speed limit change once you reach Cresent Road. There is a reader board that alerts you to the speed limit change, but it is located essentially right at the zone change itself. This is setting up a dangerous situation, especially in regards to school bus traffic and children entering/exiting buses. Vehicles are going very fast and suddenly the speed limit changes very fast (from 40 mph to 20 mph). Can the reader board sign please be moved about 500' west (prior to entering bridge)? If not, can another warning sign or signal of some type be installed to give drivers an advanced warning of the speed limit change? This will really help with the safety of this situation.
