Clearly can see the parking pass in the windshield. Have been given permission to park here by NAPA themselves. I work for IVY Tech security and i am supposed to park here.
I am trying to respond to the email you sent recarding this Ureport, but it keeps kicking back the email and saying address not found. https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=171426
The new light on W Church Lane to light the parking lot for the walking trail is aimed wrong blinding cars driving east and leaving the lot dark. It is extremely bright and a danger but if rearmed would be a positive. I realize this is outside the city but hope you can forward to the appropriate people.
Two vehicles have been abandoned for 2+ months. One is a Red/Burgundy Chrysler MiniVan and the other is Silver Saturn Outlook. Both no plates and have sat in the same spot for months. Parking is limited as it is but with abandoned vehicles constantly being left on the street its not fair to others, especially residents who live here and actually use their vehicles daily. Vehicles are located outside 1417-1413 West Illinois Court Bloomington Indiana 47404.
Oclott Park walk path, where it offshoots to Jackson Creek Middle School. There is a constant trickle of water that streams across the path and down the offshoot. On cold days it forms a treacherous layer of ice. Very difficult to cross that area when walking around the park and extremely dangerous for students walking to JCMS. Not sure if it's a natural spring or if the Olcott Building is leaking, but water needs to be diverted from running across the walking path. Someone is going to get hurt.
I noticed today that the sidewalk by the parking lot of the Bloomington Police station on Lincoln street one end of the sidewalk before crossing the parking lot does not have an accessible sidewalk - it has a curb. Will his be resurfaced to be wheelchair accessible soon?
Comment from Josh Conway on Facebook: How about getting a sidewalk on N Crescent rd between Marquis and fountain drive??? I see people forced to take wheelchairs up and down that section of city road. People in cars just keep buzzing them.
My bill has more than doubled and nothing has changed. Please contact me ASAP as I cannot afford this bill and have not been able to reach anyone via phone.
Butler Park trash receptacles do not have lids. Consequently all of the trash is blowing all around the woods including the river extends to the B-Line Woods area behind Butler Park.
