Other: Oclott Park walk path, where it offshoots to Jackson Creek Middle School. There is a constant trickle of water that streams across the path and down the offshoot. On cold days it forms a treacherous layer of ice. Very difficult to cross that area when walking around the park and extremely dangerous for students walking to JCMS. Not sure if it's a natural spring or if the Olcott Building is leaking, but water needs to be diverted from running across the walking path. Someone is going to get hurt.
