Web Form: I paid a fine. I was just recently put on massive prednisone because of allergies and high doses cause cognitive issues. Hence I forgot to pay the meter. The prednisone is to keep me from strangling to death. I’ll make sure to stay away from downtown and all businesses from now on. Amazon is the safer option for people with disabilities.
