Orange barrels on Winslow. These barrels are restricting traffic. Been there a week. NO WORK. This is ridiculous.

1508 W. 11th is going to be sold in a Sheriff Sale on Oct 18th. Contractors for the lawyer/bank who repossessed the property due to the death of the owner have already cleaned out the house and have been keeping the property mowed. However, because the house is vacant, the neighbors to the east (1506), have been stacking/throwing trash, debris, etc. into the house. It is just packed with it. This is absolutely unfair to any potential buyer of 1508 as they will have to pay for the removal of this garbage once they purchase the property. 1506 needs to dispose of their own damn trash.
On Kingston Drive, near the intersection with E Third, in the grass at the SE corner: Red, white and blue We Buy Houses - Any Condition sign. Call 574-239-5409
On E Second Street on the west end across from Rogers and Binford schools: the YOUR SPEED indicator sign has been broken for a while now.
Case 170430 Huh? I was not reporting an outage on this light. This was a request for a completely new pole because the current pole is in horrible condition.
Two.Abandoned.Vehicles.
Two vehicles with expired plates are parked at 810 Callery Court in Tamarron. Both vehicles have not moved in hundreds of months.
Sign in the grass on the south side of E Second Street, across from Goodwill: Elder Care Home Connections.
The bridge at 11th and Fairview has a lot of graffiti. Also, the corridor of Fairview right before the B-Line trail has offensive graffiti.
The owner of this car has a private parking space on the 500 block of West Smith Avenue. (Not sure of the house number. Sorry.) As you can see, he is not within the lines. Smith Ave. is a narrow street and said 'outside the lines' parking makes it difficult for UPS/USPS, emergency, and construction vehicles to pass through easily. I've spoken to him "in-person" to politely remind him to not park in the middle of the street. Would a ticket with a fine attached get his attention? I hope so. He doesn't seem to be moved to change his parking behavior by kind yet direct words from a concerned neighbor.
