Vehicle under the blue tarp is a Jeep in gray primer. It is missing parts and does not have a license plate. It has been in this location for several years. It is located at 1401 W. 6th Street which is owned by Robert Burks. (Related to Christopher Burks). Robert Burks has his son, Anthony Burks living in the house. Anthony has been accumulating items in the yard.

This PT Cruiser has been sitting in front of the duplex I rent for over 2 months now. Both front tires are flat and the right side mirror is missing. I believe it has been abandoned. No one has attempted to move it and I have not seen anyone attempt to access it either, though there are items inside. The license plate number is Indiana 612BPF. It makes parking for myself and my neighbors difficult and when we move next month it will be difficult to load furniture with this vehicle in the way.

This abandoned vehicle: - is 3 or more model years old - mechanically inoperable - on private property but couldn't be more clearly visible to public property - has been sitting in its location for well past 20 days. TWO abandoned cars parked in street. BOTH have rear windows smashed out and covered with plastic. Haven't moved for quite a while and have weeds from cracks in the road and curb grown up around them.
