Where the new water line is going in on Arlington/17th there is cut actoss the road at the 46 bridge. It has been pretty deep to drive across but today on my way home the west bound lane has ~6inch drop towards the shoulder. Even slowing down I was afraid I damaged my car because you cant see the drop until you have already drove across it. Im in a bigger vechicle and it was a huge jar...
This, undoubtedly, may be the weirdest email you will probably read. Or one of the weirdest. I am a guy who is a collector of patches, and wherever I go, I collect a patch as a souvenir and reminder of a place that I have been. I have been to Bloomington, IN, on a handful of occasions, however I have neither seen or found a City of Bloomington Patch or an IU patch, for that matter, to add to my collection. In such cases, I can have a custom embroidery company make a patch, based on a design that I give them. Now logos, like the logo for the City of Bloomington, are often copyrighted, understandably, to avoid replication without the approval of the given source. Considering this, I wanted to check with you guys, and see if it was permissible and acceptable by you to use your city logo to make a custom patch with. This would be for my personal collection, and not profiteering off your city's logo, but merely as a memento. It is out of respect that I make this request. As the city refuses to put a light at the entrance of Blue Ride and N. Walnut you need to lower the speed limit starting at the light at Cascades. When turning left out of the neighborhood it is somewhat blind, so you can often pull out and a car comes right up on you. The speed limit on Tapp from 37 is much lower with no business or a neighborhood.
I live at 912 S. Rogers, across the street from a homeless shelter. The lights in the alley behind my house (the alley that runs between Dixie and Dodds streets) are not working. One seems to be burnt out and one is at half power and shuts off every few minutes.

Extremely high bill that was a problem last month, and is again a problem this month. Im not paying for water I didn’t use. I can’t afford it, I’m a college student. The bill went from $40-50 to $250-$350. This is ridiculous. We usually average 4-5 thousand gallons.. The first high bill was 26 thousand gallons, the second (most recent) bill is 20 thousand gallons. Maintenance for my apartment has come and checked everything, nothings wrong. Has to be a bigger problem. The bill needs to be waived, and the problem needs to be fixed. I live at Hoosier Court Apartments, apartment 519.
