Debris Removal

Yard is full of debris.
Yard is full of debris.
The house at 3508 E Park Lane has not been inhabited since April or May. There are mounds of junk and trash on the side and in the front of the house. The front yard has been mowed once across the summer but the side yards and the back yard has not been mowed. We have seen an increase in the amount of mosquitos in our neighborhood this summer, it is possible that the back and side yards provide breeding grounds. I would like the city to send a representative to check on this property and require a clean-up. This is not helping us improve the overall value of the neighborhood.
This request is for action at 3508 E Park Lane and is tied to uReport case #173388. I noticed that an incorrect address was listed when I submitted the report on Sunday. The correct address of the problematic house is 3508 E Park Lane.
We are in city limits and these people are throwing trash in their yard and burning it with large plastic containers. My son has asthma and the smoke will come inside our house. I am requesting that these people please pickup this trash and dispose of it properly.
These people have started to build up trash in field and my neighbor also has noticed this also. I just wanted to do a second report with him on this as its becoming a problem.
Trash has been collecting for over a month it’s less, than 50 feet to the curb
The residents "moved out" over month ago, and the trash outside of the property is still piled around the building. there was some effort to remove what is out front, but there still remains quite a bit around the sides and piled against the house out back. Also, although the grass was "cut" it was not cut well or low enough, it definitely needs cutting. This is a mosquito and tick haven. Please have something done about it. If fines have not already been assessed perhaps that would motivate the property owners.
Dumpster on east side of building is overflowing, trash is everywhere and blowing into several adjacent properties.
Recycling bin sitting on sidewalk 24/7. Not clear which building it belongs to.
I recently purchased a house, but the easement property behind (Duke) has been a debris pit for somebody in the neighborhood. It seems to be mostly leaves on top, but there are also tires & chairs floating inside. The pile is starting to slide into my property. I am not sure what to do, since it is easement property. I would like to eventually put up a fence in the back, but the sliding debris pile would problem ruin any ability to do that. If this department cannot help with this situation, please direct me to a department that can. Rebecca Rice
