I accidentally ran over the water meter when I was mowing. It shattered the smart meter in the lid. It needs to be replaced.

Water flooding from main to street
Water in house is not turning on
There is often a fairly substantial amount of water flowing down the street on Wilson St (between Palmer St and Grant St). I'm not sure where it comes from, but it seems out of place.
the trash and recycling receptacles have been on the sidewalk for 5 days. The yard is full of trash. There is pool that is full of standing water that has been there for about a month. There is busted indoor furniture in the yard. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm pretty sure I saw a rat near the foundation yesterday.
My utility bill for account 7559-002 for period 06/01/2020 to 07/07/202 shows water usage of 82000 gallons. In all previous periods for the year, the usage never exceeded 4000 gallons. There were only three people living in the house during this latest billing period. A new water meter was installed during this billing period by your company. There appears to be a problem here. There is no way the water usage being charged for was actually used.
Back yard is a drainage area. Neighbors property has created a bottle neck and the force of the water has exposed Underground utility lines
The beehive drain at the end of the swail between our properties on Brigs Bend has failed again to drain the large amount of rainwater that fell 8/3/2020. This is the 3rd time we have experienced flooding that not only filled our yard and the side swail (which held water but did not drain to the street as it was designed), but submerged our neighbor's basement entrance. Had the rain not stopped, our basement was also in danger of flooding by a few feet. There is surely something that can be done to fix this problem as it has been occuring over a number of years (found complaints written to the Mayor by previous owners of our home). We ask you send engineers to assess the swails and beehive drain to determine remedies to this continuing problem.
The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn
In intersection of High St and E Maxwell Ave, there is a missing steel cover of a water access point. Has been missing for days. Creates a hole about 6" or 8" across. Hazardous.
