there is a shopping cart filled with clothes in the middle of the sidewalk in front of dunn meadow. so do we actually have students still protesting out there or is it just homeless people to stay anywhere they want now?
I've lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years, and the city put a hazard sign on the sidewalk months/years ago, but nothing else has been done to correct the problem, which can be quite dangerous at night

For the 3rd time in 3 years: can I ask that we move the southbound bus stop sign on High at Breenbriar 30 ft to the north, out of the grass next to the drainage culvert, and to a location that allows passengers to exit the rear of the BT bus without the danger of falling into the unrepaired sinkholes next to the culvert? If the bus stops earlier (30 ft north), the passengers that exit the bus to the rear (as required) step off near the sidewalk and not in the middle of a grassy easement with a LARGE SINKHOLE next to the culvert. Why - oh why, is this so hard? When the bus stops at the correct location it doesn't even block Greenbriar traffic onto High. Sorry for the snark, but again Bloomington this is the third request in 3 years. Just move the sign north 30 ft.

Curb box at NW corner of Blair and 11th appears to have a slow leak. When I lift the cap, the pipe is filled with water and slowly spilling out onto the sidewalk.
This property collects water in its basement, owner disposes of water by running a hose tube, to the property line, which causes soil erosion, utility pole erosion, and water on public sidewalk.
Raw sewage from cleanout all over between sidewalk and street. This has happened sporadically for years, but several times in the last month.
There are holes in our line: one under the sidewalk, one under the street. They need to be fixed ASAP (we discovered the holes when a plumber was clearing a major clog the holes caused) and we need to know whose responsibility it is to take care of the issues under the road/sidewalk. The estimated cost of repair is incredibly high, and we're trying to find out what options/assistance might be available. Thank you for any information you can provide!
During hard rains, water backs up in the southeast corner of my yard and comes into my garage and basement from the parking pad on the east and below grade through the wall to the north. The sidewalk running along the Clifton St. right of way is the east boundary of my property (see photo). Water simply can't move fast enough to the culvert you installed south of my property on the west side of the sidewalk. Is there anything you can do to alleviate this problem? I'm happy to discuss the details. Thank you.
The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.
