Neighbor at 1650 CONTINUES to let guests park in the shared drive/alley. This FORCES traffic into MY YARD, killing the grass.

Neighbors constantly parking random cars on his lawn, almost every day. He has guests park IN THE ALLEY, sometimes he will park there too, making it so that people have to drive IN MY YARD to get to their houses. Total BS.

Trash overflows from their garbage in backyard, animals dragged trash out, will be in my yard after some wind no doubt.

Randy is always having people park blocking the shared alley. He also will park up to 3 cars in his front yard on the grass, making it almost impossible to get in or out of the drive without hitting the plants on the side of the alley. This is an almost daily occurrence.

Neighbor has garbage overflowing from TWO LARGE city trash bins, UNCOVERED. DEBRIS had already flown into my yard from wind and animals scavenging his garbage.

Neighbors trash STILL strewn about his back porch with a big jug of what appears to be human waste(urine)!!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable
