The train going through Bloomington formerly came through around 3pm and went back at the latest around 10 pm. However, the train has now been going through around 10pm and returning around 3am. It's extremely loud and disruptive towards sleep, especially for people who close to the tracks.

Big potholes on eastbound 95th street at west bush lake road

Alley way between Madison St and Rogers St is becoming impassable. There are large and long ruts on the side of the alley between two houses. The asphalt has eroded all the way through to the gravel underneath. Cars are currently unable to pass. Only pick up trucks. We, the people of McDoel Gardens, would appreciate a full repair of road. On roger street across the street from the community kitchen there is a homeless camp. There is stolen merchandise from local retailers (shopping carts), tons of trash, and feces surrounding the area bc of this camp!!!

A large white box truck taking up residential street parking. It appears this person is moving this truck around the neighborhood. I believe the owner is running a business out of this truck. He meets people and appears to sell parts and then he locks the truck and rides away on a bicycle. There is a solar panel on top of the truck and a power cord running in. The owner and 'customers' meet and climb in to the back of the truck through the cab and then leave after some time. I have seen this because he has parked by my house more than once. It is concerning because parking is so very limited in my neighborhood and this truck is taking up a valuable residential parking. I have noticed he moves the truck around the neighborhood every few days so he is aware of not parking it for very long to avoid receiving a citation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
