Water coming out of taps BROWN.
Our tap water has turned yellow and there is some particulate in the kitchen faucet strainer. We just noticed this today, and it seems potentially dangerous. Our address is 907 S. Manor Rd. in BL 47401. Phone 812-219-8988
4400 S Calloway ct. 47401 Cory Blackwell We have a water leak at our main in our yard. Our normal bill is around 40 dollars and our last one was over 160 dollars. This has happened once before about 2 years ago. The city came out and looked at it saying that it was on there end and they kindly fixed it for us... i think we have the same issue again. Please contact me back ASAP at 812-361-2420 Thank you , Cory Blackwell E-mail- blackwec@bloomington.in.gov
To trash pick up service. I have asked now twice if the trash collectors can take a little more careful time and not have our trashcans dumped on their sides. It damages the trashcans as well as our driveway that we spent $1600 to resurface.
Hi Cleanup and Sanitation department, When I went outside today to bring in our trashcans this is what I saw (picture on left). The trash truck was there as we have just installed video cameras. This isn't the first time that our trashcans seem to be thrown around our driveway and I have complained about it before. This happened again and it was only our trashcan that was tipped over and I didn't report it. Our neighbors have the exact same size trashcan that we do and theirs are never tipped over like ours are (see photo taken today). We wish the trash collectors would slow down a bit and stop tipping over the trashcans. It damages not only the trashcans, but also our driveway that we paid $1600 to get resurfaced. I would appreciate if somebody would get back with me regarding this. It is frustrating and damaging to our property.
The street light is out at the corner of Olcott & S. Kings Court.
The new builders on the corner of Covenanter Drive and High Street installed a pipe last week. Our concern is that the pipe was not installed low enough to keep the flow of water continuing to High street and beyond. With the rainy season coming...we are concerned that the pipe will make water back up on our property. The city just spent two weeks closing off High street to fix this issue and now we are concerned that the new builders have just put something in (but not properly installed it) so they could have a little rock culvert to get to their property off of Covenanter Drive. I sent an email to Vic Kelson and Brandon Prince on Thursday, but never heard back from them. I am writing again because we would like this matter to be taken care of now before they get more involved with building and it is too late to fix the problem. I would appreciate if somebody would get back with me on this matter. Thank you.
An electrical cord that runs to the light by the street is not buried properly.
The culvert at the south end of the parking lot on Woodlawn across from The Bryan Park pool has been eroding for quite a while and looks like it could collapse.
