Please note: Although the location says 708, the address has been changed to 748. This report is in regard to a dangerous city tree. I am currently building a house at 748 N. Oolitic. There is a city alley right-of-way that runs behind my property from West 12th to West 11th. Only part of this right-of-way is actually used as for vehicle traffic. From roughly my northern property lot to West 11th St, the right-of-way is trees and grass. Within this section, there is an Ash tree that is dying/dead. This tree is in a location where any limbs or the entire tree itself would fall on my brand new house, my fence, or the shed I will be having placed in my backyard. As you can imagine, this is of huge concern to me. I am hoping the city could remove this tree as quickly as possible before any damage occurs. Right now it can be as easily accessed as it ever will be because my shed is due for delivery in 7 to 8 weeks and the rest of my fence is due to be installed not soon after that. With the wind and storms this time of year, this tree scares me. Believe me, I would have dealt with this sooner, but the tree wasn't in this condition last year. I hope you can help me out asap. Several trees on the east side of property, inside Winslow Woods, are dead and potentially could cause damage to my deck and house. The trees are all on city property and need to be removed as soon as possible. This last wind storm a dead tree fell and many others are certain to come down soon. House at 1000 w countryside Lane has not mowed their grass this year. It is about 2 feet tall. Looks terrible for the rest of the neighbors.

Bike was stolen from this area. It was left sitting near the restroom at 330 pm June 2nd. I came back at 5 pm and the bike was gone. Bike- 24" blue mountain bike with a stand that had 2 bunjee cords attached, with a lock.

We have a neighbor that lets its dog at at 8a and keeps it out for most of the day. The dog barks constantly. What is my recourse?

Drove to IU Foundation the other day. Great effective speed dips instead of bumps. Little less obtrusive. Could we get these on E Morningside of Park Ridge East when Greenway goes in. Or is there a map of the Greenway design? Thanks!

It looks like drug addicts have taken over this home. It is listed for rent currently, but there are boards over windows That have been destroyed and people that hang out on the porch all the time. It really looks like a drug house. I believe they are there illegally.
