Hello. I am a Bloomington resident residing at 110 1/2 W 6th St. My apartment entrance is in an alleyway off of 6th between Walnut and College. While this alley has normal amounts of debris, there seem to be many unsafe wires dangling from the various poles and buildings. My main concern is with the alley behind my building. The entrance is off of Walnut between "Btown Diner" and "Samira" restaurants. There is an abundance of trash, grease, vomit, bugs, defecation, and cigarettes throughout the space that causes a repulsive smell and attracts many rodents. This is a very unsanitary environment that workers from the businesses(restaurants especially) on 6th Street take their breaks in. I am not sure the best course of action but I would suggest having the businesses clean their trash bins in addition to having the city power wash the grease and other various fluids off the pavement. The white utility van has been sitting in the same position in a vacant parking lot (Grimes & Woodlawn) for over 2 weeks. I have seen sketchy cars pulling up along the side of the van at night and leaving a bit later - maybe drug activity? Also, the website listed on the van is nonexistent which adds to the oddness of this van.

On September 27th, 2021 around 8:56 pm Bloomington transit bus 2 west was driving down graham street in-between Rockport and Rodgers by the Broadview learning center park near the west intersection at the rear of the building and park area. The bus side swiped the front and side of the passenger side of my vehicle that was parked out side of the house with the passenger side of the bus near the middle/rear half of the bus while going down graham street I attempted to wave down the bus but it continued going. I made a report with bloomington transit and also called bloomington police department to make a report I was informed the transit dispatch officer I had reported to made was making the report when I called in. My side mirror was pushed inward and also some scratches and chips in my front bumper area and turn signal where the point of contact took place.

At 802 E. Hillside Dr, there is a abandoned white sedan. I believe it’s a 1990’s Honda Civic. It’s parked in the side yard as well. Visible from the road.

two properties above us the road all the water on the road goes into the yard comes down toward are house crossing on road since it is all down hill into the neighbors beside us into my yard. it drains.in front of my garage and runs on my . about 3 to 4 inches of water on my side walk .side walk. also the road south of us also runs in neighbor east of my house also runs runs to my house. South of me there is a a large building about 40 feet long that doesn't have gutters it runs down across the road on neighbors which in turn runs toward my house. II have pictures to send in the mail which I wi8ll need to send you because I don't know how to send them in the mail. I have spent 400.00 to put a ridge to keep from running in my yard. I also had a drain dug in my drive about 4 feet from the fence running about 2 foot deep running toward the drain in the back of my house that cost me 650.00. I will write on the back of the picture that will explain what they are for when I send them thank you and I will write on the back . Also in front of garage my small car is on ramps so the water will not get my brake shoes wet and i have to not park my other car about7 feet from the garage so i can;t park a car behind my car. This cae has been sitting,unmoved, for about 10 days, at a curve in the road. It is preventing tree trimmers, leaf gatherers, garbage/recycling trucks from doing their jobs efficiently or, in the case of the tree service, at all. Please ticket and remove so that nobody hits it and services can proceed unhindered.
