Perpetual, seemingly continuing health problems - including gas leaks, lack of hot water on occasion, and some structural concerns. The sewage system is also extremely suspect. Repeatedly, (at least two times) raw human sewage has leaked in large quantities into basement. Fortune Properties took over a week to repair, and even then, more work was needed that was done.
WATER STANDING IN FIELD ACROSS FROM 2100 S ROGERS. CUSTOMER THOUGHT IT COULD BE A SEWER LEAKING SINCE THE GRASS IS SO GREEN AROUND THE WATER.
Ellie would like current sewage disaster at her apartment to be inspected as a health hazard. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED LETTER dated 6/28/2000. (Other pertinent documents attached for background)

Riedweg stated that the University Lutheran Church used to have asphalt curb along E-W alley and now that the alley has been repaved so many times the curb is now delete. Due to this problem, water is running off onto the Church's property in their basement. Please call either Riedweg or Betty Vance.
He is making improvements to the property for the property manager (Linda Quillan at Action Property Management) and says we need to do something about the water that comes in the back yard and floods the basement.
On Henderson Street, across from Black Lumber, the customer wants the storm drain cleaned off.
At Tornton & Pinestone, on the North side of street, the customer would like a culvert pipe cleaned out.
