Parked cars are blocking the sidewalk.
Across from the B-Line Heights Apartments the city has constructed a new parking lot. There is a generator powering lights for said parking lot. This generator has made it hard for the residents of the B-Line Heights Apartments to sleep at night. I myself am in a corner unit directly across from the generator and have hardly gotten any sleep in the last two weeks. I am disabled and stay at home the majority of my time so during the day I am not given much relief either except for the few mere moments when the generator is turned off. I hate to be a bother and I understand that there is probably not anything that can be done about this, but in the off chance that it could be addressed I would forever be grateful. Maybe it could possibly be moved to a different corner of the parking lot?

This parking meter took 2 quarters in an attempt to pay for parking between Kirkwood and 6th on the east side of Walnut. The meter never registered any time after both quarters were inserted. Do these meters accept cash or just credit cards or parking apps that charge an extra fee?
Cars parked in the cul de sac like a parking lot.
I am not sure this is the right venue for this issue. There are very often parked cars on Lincoln St to the north and south of University in the yellow (no parking) area. These cars park nearly to the corner, making sight lines for those turning off University onto Lincoln very challenging. I have never seen these cars ticketed, and they do it constantly. Most commonly they are there on the weekends and in the mornings every day. Some oversight of this issue would help a lot
I have seen this vehicle parked illegally in the entrance to the First Financial parking garage pretty much every single day (both mornings and evenings) for months now. In addition to being parked right in the entrance, they are always blocking the "Fire Alarm Panel" access which is of concern in the event of a fire. I do notice that the vehicle sometimes points east and sometimes west so it does seem to move but it is always right there in front of the fire alarm panel access.
I was charged three times for parking at a meter on March 6 in front of the Waldron Theater.
i have lived at Hillside Crossing apartment complex on southern driver for over 3 years now. My apartment complex management has told me for years that all of southern drive is public street parking, yet i have now been into numerous arguments and had numerous notes left on my car window from other housing residents that claim otherwise. Can you please clarify what the citys stance is on street parking on southern drive off of Henderson Street? If possible, i would like some kind of evidence in writing to be able to show residents in the future.
