Significant water leakage from the water meter behind 108 N Union St. Water running down the driveway between 106 and 108. Please investigate urgently to insure that we aren't getting charged excessively for water usage.

Hello, our water meter lid had a hole in it and seems to be sinking. We are trying to get our yard leveled and would like to know if the meter "pit" can be raised and the lid replaced. Low water pressure at home (512 S Jordan). Possible to test at meter?

This is in reference to Case #141772. I should have been more detailed. You tested the pressure at 48PSI which confirms my test as I had a similar reading which I understand is acceptable while on the low end. My flow rate is not acceptable. I'm getting at best 3GPM from fixtures that should be delivering 5 to 6 GPM. Can you test flow rate at the meter? Thank you!

Walking by, I noticed water running out of the top of the water meter pit and rolling down the alley

A contractor (5 Star Electric, hired by Duke Energy) for fixing a power line to the city light in front of my house broke the main water supply pipe on Aug 23, 2022. They fixed it, but the water has been leaking since then. After closing the main water valve in the house, the water meter number goes up slowly.
