There is no yellow curb north of the parking garage at the new Urban Station apartments on Washington, meaning that cars can park right up to the entrance. This makes the field of vision for vehicles leaving the garage very poor. Compounding this is the issue of cars briefly double parking alongside the car immediately north of the exit to pick up and drop off tenants.This is especially problematical because there is a bike lane right up against the parked cars. As I was typing this, I saw a car nearly hit one cyclist in the bike lane and two children riding on the sidewalk. I have also seen a few close calls between vehicles. The only thing preventing accidents at this point is the large moving vehicles parking in the bike lane, forcing bikes to move over to where they can be seen. A yellow curb to the north would greatly help expand visibility for drivers exiting the parking garage. Additionally, now that riding on the sidewalk is legal and I just saw two children nearly hit by a car exiting from the garage, I think it would be prudent to have a mirror installed so drivers can see the sidewalk before exiting--not sure if this would be a city issue or an issue with Urban Station itself. Being that these apartments have been occupied for only four days and I have witnessed one accident, three or four vehicular close calls, and two vehicle-bicycle close calls, I hope the city gives this problem area the attention it needs. As is, it is only a matter of time before a serious collision occurs.

ON WEST 3RD STREET, AT THE INTERSECTION OF 3RD & FRANKLIN, THE CROSS-WALK BUTTON IS GONE. THE LITTLE POLE IS STILL THERE BUT THE DEVICE IS GONE. PLEASE FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THAT IS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION BECAUSE IT'S A TURN TO GET TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS & HOTELS. BUT ALSO, PEOPLE LIVE AROUND THERE WHO NEED TO GET TO THE BUS-STOP ACROSS THE STREET. THANKS

Please consider putting a speed bump on the eastbound lane of W Allen near the Hilltop Village Apartments. That is a very dangerous area.

Speeding cars on a regular basis on W. Allen street, right in front of the hill by Hilltop Village Apartments. Please put a speed bump, or some sort of speed deterrent. There have been several incidents due to speeding cars in front of Mother Hubbard's Cupboard.

At 1100 W. Allen street there is a hill just west of the drive. People Fly down the hill and there are always accidents coming from the traffic going East and coming from the 1100 W. Allen St. Address. A Buss Stop is also at the hills crest going west. This is proving to be extremely dangerous. Perhaps a speed bump going east would slow traffic as it come down hill

The hill after the stop sign at Adams and Allen needs a speed bump - badly. There are frequently accidents from folks driving over the hill at high speeds, and colliding with individuals trying to exit parking lots and neighborhood side streets.

need a crosswalk signal/light across 10th from range road. Saw a family with stroller coming from apartments almost get hit by a car as they tried to cross 10th against right turning cars at stop light. We have sidewalks on both roads, both sides, yet no crosswalk signals.

In the morning from 7-9 the traffic gets extremely backed up on Kinser Pike coming from the North, the neighborhoods and the school buses from the High School. The left turn signal, to turn on to 45/46, is extremely short, less than 10 seconds I would say, and then it's extremely hard to turn left on green as there are lots of cars coming across the intersection. Is there any way to make this turn signal longer for at least those 2 hours in the morning? Traffic is sometimes backed up all the way to the Skate Park, which is on a curve so that is very dangerous. You round the blind curve and all of a sudden there is stopped traffic. The trees are hanging over the sidewalk so low that you have to duck to get by. It is not a well lit road and at night it is dangerous with people running into the branches hanging down.

foliage overtaking sidewalk on south side of moores pike, between Bittner woods and Shadow Creek..Difficult for dog walking on sidewalk
